2022 enei award winners announced
The awards acknowledge and celebrate those with a commitment to good practice above and beyond legal compliance, and innovative approaches that will inspire other employers.
NHS Employers sponsored the Innovative Approach to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion award, which was won by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Glasgow Science Centre were highly commended.
NHS Confederation sponsored the Employee Network Group of the Year award won by dwf and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were highly commended.
Paul Deemer, head of diversity and inclusion at NHS Employers said:

Other NHS organisations recognised included Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, who were highly commended for driving social mobility and social inclusion in the workplace.
