HPMA Excellence in People Awards 2023 open for nominations

NHS Employers is proud to once again sponsor the award for wellbeing at this year's Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards.

Taking place on Tuesday 19 September in Leeds, the annual awards recognise and celebrate the work of HR, organisational development (OD) and workforce professionals in healthcare organisations across the UK. 

NHS Employers award for wellbeing recognises organisations that can demonstrate how specific employee health, fitness or wellbeing initiatives are making a positive impact on staff satisfaction, motivation, health or productivity.

London Ambulance Service scooped the wellbeing award in 2022, recognised for its Wellbeing Hub initiative, a staff-led service delivering bespoke support for staff and volunteers that was initially a response to the pandemic but permanently established due to its popularity.

Finalists in this category for 2023 will be asked to contribute to a webinar in July, with the winners announced at an in-person ceremony as part of the HPMA UK Conference in Leeds, on 19 September.
