NHS Employers has updated our International Recruitment Toolkit to reflect the current employment context and link to the latest tools and resources.
The latest version includes:
- an expansion of collaborative international recruitment and links to the FutureNHS Collaboration Platform
- information on how to recruit and support skilled refugee healthcare workers and the new Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) test of competence
- good practice examples from Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust
- additional information on using approved public framework for international recruitment.
The updated resource provides guidance, top tips, and best practice on planning, preparing, implementing, and evaluating your international recruitment activity.
