Military March 2023
Military March, the annual social media campaign to celebrate reservists working in the NHS and wider Armed Forces community colleagues, returns for March 2023.
Military March is an opportunity for organisations across the NHS to share their successes and highlight steps taken to become more Forces-friendly employers.
To support this year’s campaign, NHS Employers will be running our annual NHS and the Armed Forces conference, NHS and the Armed Forces - Our people, on 14 March 2023.

We are also encouraging employers to consider some simple suggestions to get involved with Military March, including:
- following @NHSEArmedForces on Twitter and retweeting our content
- sharing existing resources, blogs/vlogs/podcasts and case studies using #MilitaryMarch on Twitter
- looking back on successful Armed Forces recruitment/networking events that you have organised and celebrate their success on Twitter
- promoting Military March and share contact details for your Armed Forces/reservist champions on your internal newsletters and communications
- publishing an article, blog or case study on your intranet and including your trust Armed Forces champion's contact details, useful resources, such as the sign-up page for your Armed Forces network, your organisation’s reserves policy (if you have one) or our information pages on the NHS Employers website.
