The online conference is an opportunity to hear from employers about attracting and developing the existing and future NHS workforce.
The aim of the day is to share the different approaches available to strengthen workforce supply, so that organisations can think about how they may apply these locally.
The agenda is now available and we can confirm our sessions for the day.
- There will be four main stage sessions available with speakers from across the NHS talking about developing career pathways to add social value to local communities, a preceptorship pilot project with newly qualified nurses, an ethnic minority aspirant leaders programme and an approach to restarting career conversations post COVID-19 to aid retention and staff experience.
- There will be four breakout sessions to choose from in the morning, on the topics of nursing associates, T Levels, international recruitment and recruiting from the Armed Forces community.
- In the afternoon, there are another four breakout sessions to choose from, including apprenticeships, careers in mental health, placement capacity and supporting more young people into the workforce.
