NHS Employers plays a leading role in modernising pay and conditions.

We have the responsibility to negotiate with the British Medical Association on the contractual arrangements for consultant doctors and dentists. Our website contains advice and information on consultant contractual and related issues, and we also respond to specific enquiries via email.
