Pay and TCS advisory notices

Statement

Pay and TCS advice notices, previously known as pay circulars, provide information on nationally agreed changes to the NHS terms and conditions of service (AfC).

Employers which incorporate handbook terms into their local contracts of employment will need to ensure that any contractual commitments to incorporate nationally agreed changes into the local contract are met.

The notices are numbered consecutively starting at number one in January each year.
