Total Reward Engagement Network

Our Total Reward Engagement Network (TREN) and sessions bring together colleagues from across the NHS with an interest in reward to develop and share reward and benefits knowledge and experiences.

Why should I join?

Find out from our members in the video below as they explain what the network means to them and why they attend the TREN sessions.

These thoughts were captured at our flagship event Reward in the NHS.

Our reward team facilitates the network but the agenda is driven by its members. TREN sessions take place quarterly in London and Leeds. Both sessions include a mix of expert opinion and Q&A sessions, employer case studies, networking and interactive workshops. The sessions operate under chatham house rules; an informal space where you can share good practice, challenges and solutions, ideas, aspirations and your priorities. The network will inform the ongoing development of our reward work programme.

How do I join?

Email confirming your name, job title, contact details and which session you would like to attend. The dates for our upcoming sessions can be found below. We are also keen to hear what you would like to see on future agendas.
