What is reward?

Actions for employers

Mid-year refresh 2019 - complete any data cleansing and submit any outstanding year-end updates to NHS Pensions by Friday 11 October 2019. 

TRS for financial year 2018/19 are now available – communicate the availability of TRS to your staff. NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has produced a range of materials to help you communicate TRS and promote the local benefits you offer your employees.

Check your organisation’s access rate (Electronic Staff Record (ESR) employers only) – the ESR system provides employers with a number of periodic reports that allow you to see how many of your employees are accessing their statement. Further information is available on the NHSBSA website.
