Talent management was one of the seven Do OD project groups for 2013/14. Its aim was to define and demystify talent and determine whether the NHS is resource rich, or resource poor, in relation to tools to support organisational development (OD).
The group ran two masterclasses in 2014 on, 'what is talent?' The events explored what talent management means to the NHS, best practice and identified the burning questions that are worthy of wider exploration at a national level. The slides from the session and the outputs are a great reflection of the thinking, exploring and learning that took place.
