The trust wanted to share their diversity and inclusion experiences and successes with other partners and alumni, and hosted their own national inclusion and diversity event, where organisations from across the UK were invited.

To address this, the trust set up a disability staff network to listen to the voices of disabled staff, which led to improved staff experience and NHS Staff Survey results.
