The age awareness slide pack can be used as a ‘pick and mix’ resource. There is information which is specific to England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Information relating to Scotland will be added soon. You can adapt the slide pack to suit your needs and priorities, and tailor it to add in local information such as your workforce demographics following use of our age profiling tool, and information about strategies you have which support your staff to work to a later, raised retirement age. You can also include details of your organisational readiness following assessment using our checklist.
