Streamlining is about delivering a quality recruitment experience in an efficient and timely way, reducing duplication and improving staff experience.
On our final day of NHS Streamlining Week we looked at the benefits of streamlining through a variety of resources.
- We have a growing collection of case studies from across the country located on our streamlining resource hub which highlight some of the efficiencies trusts have been making, such as the reduction of duplication and also time and financial savings.
- Our streamlining infographic also highlights some of these efficiencies, emphasising the case for change.
- In addition, we highlight the achievements of the North West streamlining programme, which over a three-year period through effective collaboration has made some significant achievements, the details of which can be found detailed in the resources below.

During the event there was the opportunity to view the workforce streamlining benefits calculator created in the North West which aims to ascertain the benefits associated with the implementation of streamlining milestones by NHS organisations.
