Join our Total Reward Engagement Network (TREN) sessions to network with colleagues from across the NHS to develop and share your reward knowledge and experiences.
We facilitate the network with the agenda driven by members. Events include a mix of expert opinion and Q&A sessions, employer case studies, networking and interactive workshops. Events operate under Chatham House rules to encourage open discussions. The network will inform the ongoing development of our reward work programme.
Why should I join?
The network provides an opportunity for HR managers, HR business partners and reward professionals from across the NHS to come together in a relaxed, open environment to share experiences and hear what other organisations are doing in this area.
Delegates who have attended our previous TREN sessions said they were useful and informative, and provided an opportunity to network and develop new approaches to reward. We published a report, Reward in the NHS, which highlights some of the good practice and innovation taking place on reward across the NHS. The report includes the key themes that have emerged through TREN since it was established in February 2016.
