What is reward?

Find out about the latest total reward statements (TRS) developments, resources to support your communications and key actions to successfully roll out and promote TRS in your organisation. 

Actions for employers

Check your contact details – this can be done using Pensions Online, alternatively you can email NHSBSA quoting your EA code to update your contact details and receive notifications on the availability of statements.

Correct any data errors – use the task list on NHSBSA website to help you clean your data and generate more statements for your employees by Friday 21 June 2019. This will help NHS Business Services Authority (BSA) to produce accurate statements for your employees.

Plan your communications – start thinking about your TRS communication strategy. Use NHSBSA TRS to do list and communications pack to help you prepare and communicate with staff ahead of roll out. 

Remind staff that they can access their TRS – remind and encourage your staff to access and save their existing TRS as old statements cannot be viewed once the new ones are available.

Update your local benefits page – highlight the benefits you offer locally by 31 July 2019. Our checklist includes handy hints on what you can include. This is available to organisations who use ESR.
