Raising concerns share and learn provides NHS HR and senior managers with a forum to hear the national perspective in relation to Freedom to Speak Up. It's also a place to share local issues and discuss challenges, and solutions, in an open and informal environment.
Led by NHS Employers, we give you scope to inform the agenda, to ensure maximum value for those working in the NHS tasked with improving the culture around raising concerns.
The role of NHS Employers
We work with employers and key stakeholders to help improve and encourage a culture of openness in relation to raising concerns. Share and learn helps us to engage with individuals responsible for improving and dealing with concerns, identifying areas which require support, tools or resources.
This engagement strengthens our employer voice, allowing us to effectively represent local thinking to policy makers, and other key stakeholders, involved in improving the culture of raising concerns.
Format of share and learn
Share and learn alternates between Leeds and London and runs from 11 am to 3 pm. The agenda is driven by current topics and includes presentations from external speakers and experts within NHS Employers.
Joining our virtual expert network
