Making an impact is sometimes the easy part, but keeping a strategy going and sustaining an approach that continues to make an impact on staff and keep them engaged is often the challenge. 

By involving your staff in understanding data, providing support and developing programmes to enhance their health and wellbeing, you can improve morale and really develop a staff-centred approach that benefits employees and improves patient care.
