This pay circular informs employers of the changes to national pay scales that take effect from 1 April 2010 for staff covered by the Agenda for Change agreement. This follows the decision of the NHS Pay Review Body not to seek a remit to review the pay uplift for 2010/11, as set out in the multi-year agreement.
