In this section we share a range of resources which look at staff engagement and the NHS Staff Survey. These resources include case studies demonstrating the positive impact of good staff engagement in healthcare, analysis, reports and details of the annual NHS Staff Survey, and a number of top tips and blogs from a range of experts in staff engagement.
There are three related issues relating to staff engagement in the NHS, and these are:
- motivation of staff
- involvement in organisation
- willingness to recommend the organisation as place to work.
In our resources and latest news pages we explore these three themes and how they apply to the work of engaging the workforce across the NHS.
NHS Employers also supports a Staff Engagement Network, which is open to staff engagement leads in NHS organisations. For more information and to join the network please contact Steven Weeks.
