Deployment and training: Getting it right
Balancing military service with civilian life can be one of the most rewarding and challenging aspects of being a Reservist. Join us for this connect, share and learn as we explore how organisations, managers and Reservists can work together to ensure deployments and training commitments are planned, supported and managed effectively.
Through shared experiences, practical insights and open discussion, we'll look at what works well, common challenges and how employers can create an environment where Reservists can thrive. Whether you're a Reservist, line manager, HR professional or Armed Forces Champion, this session is an opportunity to learn, connect and strengthen support for the Armed Forces community.
