Our work commissioned by NHS England and NHS Improvement, provides tools and resources that help employers use the NHS Pension Scheme to support workforce retention.

The Scheme is a key element of the overall reward package for staff and can be a valuable tool for recruitment and retention. Employers play a vital role in administering the scheme at a local level, communicating with staff and taking advantage of the benefits that the scheme can bring at an organisational level.
