Recruitment Exchange Network
A network for employers in the NHS to share information, seek advice and discuss issues relating to pre-employment checks and recruitment.
Members of the Recruitment Exchange Network will receive information and updates about the NHS employment checks standards and safe recruitment. The network will be used to seek feedback and intel on specific topics and members will also be invited to attend ad hoc virtual sessions about key issues.
Members are encouraged to sign up to the corresponding online forum (hosted on the NHS Futures platform) to post discussions, share challenges, solutions and best practice, and to test ideas within a peer group.
Please note: only those with recruitment responsibilities based within NHS organisations are eligible to join.
