Accessibility and what to expect at our offices
Accessing our buildings
Our offices are designed to be accessible and comfortable for all visitors. Our London and Leeds offices have step‑free access from street level, lift access to all floors, and accessible toilets. The office is usually a calm environment, but there may be some background noise at busy times.
Reception staff are friendly, patient, and available to offer support if you need it. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building.
