Reward and Recognition Network
Our reward and recognition network meetings are held quarterly on a virtual basis. They are two hour's long and follow a planned agenda covering various topics around reward and recognition, some of which are hosted by external speakers. The agenda is sent to members one week in advance.
Alongside the main meetings, we run quarterly virtual one hour share and learn sessions. These provide an opportunity for network members to come together to discuss reward and recognition related topics of their choice, to share knowledge and seek support on challenges they may be facing. Prior to these sessions, we encourage network members to email us with any topic suggestions they would like to cover during the share and learn meeting.
