Recruitment Exchange Network
A network for employers in the NHS to share information, seek advice and discuss issues relating to pre-employment checks and recruitment.
Members of the Recruitment Exchange Network will have the opportunity to join bi-monthly virtual meetings which offer a safe space for employers to:
- ask questions and raise topics
- share challenges, solutions and good practice
- test ideas within a peer group
- network with colleagues working across the NHS.
In between sessions, members can also use the corresponding online forum (hosted on the FutureNHS platform) to post discussions and share good practice around pre-employment checks, recruitment and onboarding.
NHS Employers will keep members informed of the latest developments, new/updated guidance and will also seek feedback on current issues.
Please note: only those with recruitment responsibilities based within NHS organisations are eligible to join.
