NHS Terms and Conditions of Service (TCS) Network
The NHS TCS Network delivered by the employment relations team at NHS Employers, comprises of both strategic and operational employer representation from across England, who influence and inform on national guidance, negotiations and key deliverables, ensuring that the operational HR viewpoint is accounted for.
The network:

enables NHS Employers to engage with senior workforce staff on issues relevant to the NHS Staff Council relating to terms and conditions of service, pay and workforce

ensures service provision, advice and expertise provided to the service by NHS Employers is fit for purpose and covers both strategic and operational viewpoints

facilitates employers to share good practice and discuss current issues.
