Agenda for Change represents the most radical shake up of the NHS pay system since the NHS began in 1948.
It applies in full to all staff across the UK who are employed directly by NHS organisations, except very senior managers and medical staff.
NHS Employers is responsible for representing employers' views in national negotiations on Agenda for Change. We also provide on-going support and advice to employers who are responsible for supporting staff.
