Pay Education Hub
The Pay Education Hub helps employers understand the structure, history, and evolution of NHS pay systems. It supports them in communicating the full value of the NHS employment package to staff, enabling more informed conversations about pay, retention, and terms and conditions. By enhancing understanding of pay developments and governance, employers can more effectively engage their workforce and promote the benefits of working in the NHS.
