Dr Carly Telford

Carly originally trained as a Clinical Psychologist, working clinically with adults with complex mental health needs. After completing an Organisational Psychology MSc at the University of Manchester, she moved from working with clinical clients to working with NHS staff. Her work has ranged from health and wellbeing, to staff engagement, to OD. She is usually employed as Associate Director of Staff Experience at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, but is currently on secondment as Interim Assistant Director at NHS Employers, leading on Do OD.
