Jane Keep

Head of Staff Experience, University College London Hospital NHS FT

Jane has worked with the NHS for 46 years and is currently Head of Staff Experience at University College London Hospital NHS FT. She has worked in all NHS settings including acute, primary care and specialist hospitals; as well as working at strategic and national level as a national advisor for the Department of Health and Social Care, the Kings Fund and the NHS Confederation.

She has worked with parliamentary select committees on national policy, healthcare professionals overseas, further education, Local Government, and Not For Profit organisations.

Jane is a Visiting Associate Professor at London South Bank University, has a PhD in workplace wellbeing, and an MSc in organisational change.
