Lisa Whitehouse

Associate Director of Culture and Staff Experience, Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust

As a consultant clinical psychologist, Lisa is the current Associate Director of Culture and Staff Experience at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

With over 30 years in both clinical and corporate settings, Lisa brings a wealth of experience of applying psychological concepts and practice to improve staff experience. She has led the improvements to MPFT’s approach to the national staff survey for the past five years and is passionate about using the feedback from the staff survey to think strategically about improvements to the experiences of staff.
