Myron Rogers

Myron E. Rogers is an author, speaker and consultant with a practice in large-scale strategic organisation change and leadership development. His consulting practice is grounded in the practical application of living systems theory to the complex organisations of today. He co-authored the best selling and award winning A Simpler Way (Berrett-Koehler) with Margaret J. Wheatley. His work has appeared in many edited books and publications.  He is widely known for Myron's Maxims, simple rules for complex change.  He has worked with the Leadership Centre in the United Kingdom for more than a decade.

Myron is currently trustee and former chair of the Lankelly Chase Foundation, which seeks a world healed by justice, equity and inclusion.
