Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is a Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist with over a decade of dedicated OD experience within the NHS. Much of this time has been spent collaborating with NHS organisations, leaders and teams to diagnose and improve culture and staff experience. Her combined approach utilises evidence-based practice underpinned by occupational psychology theory/research, but draws on valuable first-hand experience gained from working directly within the NHS.
