Dr Pascale Daher

Pascale Daher is a lecturer in organisational behaviour at the Work, Organisation, and Management Group at University of Liverpool Management School. Pascale completed her PhD in Management (emphasis in work and organisational psychology) in 2018 at Aston Business School. Her research interests are in the areas of leadership effectiveness with a particular focus on stress and wellbeing and gender. She has published her work in several journals such as Work and Stress, European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology, BMJ Open, and Journal of Managerial Psychology.
