Sam joined NHS Employers in October 2022, having previously held senior roles in HR and learning and development across sectors including education, leisure, hospitality and gaming.

Working collaboratively, she developed a professional learning network that supported CPD and professional learning opportunities across further education in Wales.

Sam has a Masters degree in HR management and has an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) L7 certificate in strategic leadership and management.
