Sheena Cumiskey

Chief executive of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Sheena was born and raised in Chester before moving to study human geography at the University of Liverpool. She is a graduate of the general management training scheme and has a career spanning over 30 years in the NHS, with 20 years at chief executive level.

A former chief executive of both commissioning and provider organisations, Sheena has worked at strategic and operational levels within the NHS. Sheena was named CEO of the Year at the 2015 Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards and currently holds a position within the HSJ’s Top 50 CEOs.
