Why offer a T Level industry placement

A level 3 T Level qualification, which includes a 315-hour industry placement at up to two employers, can offer students insight into some of the over 350 health and care careers. It can lead to skilled employment, apprenticeships, or further education, supporting the Long Term Workforce Plan by fostering a future talent pipeline and facilitating recruitment from the local community.
