Health and wellbeing

Health and wellbeing roadmap

Without staff that are well and at work the NHS could not deliver quality and effective care to patients. We need to ensure that staff are provided with an environment and opportunities that encourage and enable them to lead healthy lives and make choices that support their wellbeing.

Our webpages are structured into key sections to support employers through their wellbeing journey. Our new animation showcases this journey and makes it easier to find the resources and support you need and provide you with ideas about what else you could do.

A successful health and wellbeing programme cannot be done as a quick fix, it requires engagement, time and commitment so with this in mind take the time to watch our three minute animation and find out how we can support you.
