Information

The NHS is starting a cultural movement 'Think Flex First' which builds flexibility and choice by default, from day one for all NHS staff. It shifts the approach from reactive towards proactive, through job design and service planning, with flexibility in mind at the onset rather than as an afterthought. It ensures flexibility is an offer driven by employers first to staff rather than requested by individuals.

The flexible working toolkits for line managers and individuals are being updated to reflect the shift and will be launched to coincide with the webinar.

The webinar will provide insight to NHS staff and line managers about the updated flexible working toolkits, including using and implementing them, as well as sharing good practice examples from across the NHS.

We will be joined by a panel of speakers who will present on all things flex and be available to answer questions.
