Tania Strong

An experienced HR leader, Tania began her NHS career as a graduate in 2004. She has since worked across a range of settings including mental health, acute services, and community care - with a long-standing passion for community services and the vital role they play in population health. 

A committed advocate for public health and the prevention agenda, she is particularly interested in how approaches such as flexible working can support healthier communities. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. 

Since joining Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at its inception in 2011, Tania has played a key role through multiple organisational changes, leading the HR function and supporting the continued development of high quality‑ community services. She is also an experienced coach and is passionate about building capability, integration across systems, and enabling people to thrive.
