We are delighted to share that 14 organisations have successfully secured a place on the 2025/26 Diversity in Health and Care Partners Programme.

The programme runs annually and is a comprehensive organisational development programme, helping organisations advance equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace.

It provides access to leading industry experts, good practice, guidance, resources and networking opportunities. It is designed around and reflects the ambitions and requirements of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and NHS EDI improvement plan.

Samantha Rashid, assistant director partnerships and equality, NHS Confederation said:

“We’re thrilled to launch our new 2025/2026 programme and to welcome a new cohort of health and social care organisations committed to driving meaningful change. In a time of continued pressure across the sector, these organisations are demonstrating bold leadership by placing equity, diversity and inclusion at the heart of their transformation agenda. We look forward to collaborating with them as they work to foster cultures that are inclusive, safe and welcoming for staff and communities alike."
