Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme nominations are now open
Submit your nomination for Silver and Gold ERS awards now.
The nomination window for the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) is now open.
- The deadline for gold nominations is 11 March 2026.
- The deadline for silver nominations is 22 April 2026.
The awards recognise positive actions taken by organisations which help to ensure that members of the Armed Forces community are not unfairly disadvantaged during recruitment and are supported in the workplace.
Each of the levels has specific criteria that you need meet before you can apply. We have produced a helpful guide that explains the criteria for bronze, silver and gold.
Both the silver and gold awards are presented at a national ceremony and winners and publicised by the Ministry of Defence.
