Alan Duffell is the group chief people officer (CPO) for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.

He was appointed as CPO for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust in April 2017; and he has a broad range of experience being a board director across a number of different NHS trusts, including mental health, community and acute.
