
Hasan Reza
Hasan Reza is a seasoned (DE&I/EDI) Specialist and certified project manager, bringing over two decades of lived experience with long-term health conditions and disabilities. As the current head of equity, diversity & inclusion at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust, Hasan excels in delivering comprehensive (DE&I/EDI) strategies, fostering awareness, inclusion and belonging and understanding a broad spectrum of accessibility considerations within communities. His work is instrumental in driving cultural change at an organisational level developing.
Hasan survived a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer and lives with life-long health conditions as a result of this. He speaks passionately about his unique approach to living life to its fullest and accepting the challenges it can throw your way. Hasan has previously chaired cancer charities and continues to support a number of community based projects offering his leadership and community building skills to these initiatives. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in the conception, development, and formal presentation of the Drumlanrig Accords to His Majesty King Charles III in February 2025, marking a historic moment of national and international significance.
