Jennifer leads the work of the development and employment team specifically on staff experience.
This includes the wellbeing of the workforce, staff engagement, retention and promoting cultures of civility and respect. Jennifer is a key representative with networks and stakeholders, driving forward NHS Employers’ programmes of work across the UK.
Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and expertise in tackling workforce issues to NHS Employers, having worked for the NHS throughout her career where she specialised in human resources, staff wellbeing and reducing sickness absence. This work was recognised nationally and received a number of awards.
Jennifer is a coach and chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
