National Head of Multi-professional Advanced Practice, NHS England Workforce, Training & Education

Katie is the national head of multiprofessional advancing practice working within NHS England. Prior to this she worked in the East of England as the faculty lead for advancing practice and has a clinical background as a consultant therapeutic radiographer, specialising in gynaecological and prostate cancer. 

Katie leads on developing the national strategy, promoting innovation and supporting operational excellence and leadership relating to advanced practice, as well as providing clinical leadership and expertise to regional and national teams, regulators and professional bodies.
