With over 21 years’ experience in education, Katie has built a strong reputation for developing people and nurturing talent. Since joining North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust’s organisation development team in 2023, she has played a key role in leading impactful development programmes.

Katie is passionate about leadership and supporting individuals to achieve success in their careers. As programme lead for Your Future Your Way she is committed to creating opportunities for growth, empowering individuals, and strengthening teams.
