Lorraine Wilde

Lorraine Wilde is the Career Pathway Manager at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Since joining the trust in 2010, she has held a range of project-focused roles spanning staff benefits, hospital relocation, health and wellbeing and job evaluation.

Lorraine played a pivotal role in the trust's Nursing Pathway Project, leading the refresh of nursing role profiles across the organisation. She is currently focused on developing career pathways for nursing colleagues and supporting individuals to realise their full potential.

With a commitment to fairness, transparency, and workforce development, Lorraine is passionate about job evaluation and ensuring that all staff have access to accurately banded role profiles. She believes that a robust and equitable job evaluation process is fundamental to supporting career progression and recognising the valuable contributions of colleagues across the trust.
