Louisa Graham

Louisa has worked at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals for the last 15 years in a number of different roles starting off in organisational development, with the last eight years in her current role as a Deputy Chief People Officer. Her portfolio includes human resources, health and wellbeing, employee services, blended learning, knowledge and library management, equality and diversity and OD. 

As a chartered occupational psychologist Louisa's passion lies in delivering strategic level interventions which improve colleague experience, and change organisational cultures through improving team engagement and effectiveness.
