Safina Nadeem

Safina Nadeem is a highly skilled and qualified Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) professional with an impressive track record spanning over two decades. She has become a renowned expert in the design, delivery, and management of EDI policies, strategies, and large-scale organisational programmes.

Safina's expertise extends to various facets of EDI, with a particular focus on inclusive cultures , leading inclusively and implicit bias. Her unique skill set includes a diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which she utilises to help leaders gain a deeper understanding of their thought processes, behaviour, and the messages they convey.

She has a strong track record of working with Boards to foster inclusive cultures and transformational change and has guided numerous Boards and executive teams in embedding meaningful and sustainable EDI programmes and anti-racist practices.

Safina holds a master’s degree in Promoting Equality and Managing Diversity, further underscoring her commitment to EDI principles.
